Reputation Must have a positive LPCI contractor rating score. Proven to be a leader in the industry. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hardscape installation field. Material account must be in good standing. Properly insured for liability and workers compensation. Quality – NO SHORTCUTS! Minimum (5) year warranty on workmanship. Must follow Lowcountry Paver and/or ICPI installation guidelines. Must complete (8) hours of continuing education per year at LPCI School.

Service Barring unforeseen circumstances, work must commence when promised. Complete projects without interruption except for acceptable delays. Contact & return ALL customer correspondence within (24) hours. Rectify complaints or workmanship issues within (10) days.
